Shipping Policy

To ensure that your items are properly delivered and received within the time frames we advertise, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all required information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are important for ensuring timely delivery. We do not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at purchase. 

Processing times differ from shipment times. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders may still take 2 business days to process. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. 

Shipping is typically free on all orders unless other arrangements are made.

Please be informed that orders may take 1-12 business days from the date it is shipped, and not necessarily from the date it is placed, depending on the order's final destination. 

You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for package arrival.
